Netflix‘s hit Korean thriller sequence Squid Sport returned for its second season on December 26, 2024.
The ending was a disappointment, because it left on a cliffhanger. But, it was revealed that there can be a Season 3, which would be the sequence’ final.

But, Netflix might need by chance revealed its launch date. The streaming service’s official social media accounts shared a teaser introducing Chul-su, very like the post-credit scene.
When the teaser was posted on YouTube, the caption included June 27, 2025, as Squid Sport 3‘s launch date. It was shortly privated and adjusted to take away this date.
Now, netizens are speculating whether or not this was an accident or misinformation. Some suppose it’s advertising.
